You may return products sold by the online shopping system no more than 7 days (based on the delivery record) of receipt of your order (subject to the following terms and conditions). Please kindly contact us before the return.
A. We only accept exchange for
- The orders do not match the order requirements, or
- Defective item
We will NOT accept any personal replacement requirements and sorry for any inconvenience might have caused.
Please understand that returns caused by the following reasons cannot be handled as return of "the orders do not match the order requirements".
- The actual appearance or color of the products may differ from that shown in the photos, the actual products will prevail.
- Due to lighting or color difference of computer monitors, resulting in some slight color variations between the actual product and the photo.
B. In the following situation, we are sorry that we do not accept returns:
- Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product which has been registered online for warranty service
- Any free gift and samples.
C. Packaging accessories, user guide and warranty label MUST be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.
D. Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt MUST be provided before product exchange is accepted.
E. If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you can choose any items of equal or higher value, by paying the difference in the price of the items.
