Warranty terms (applicable to AKG headphone, GUNNAR Blue light glasses, JBL headphone, JLab headphones and SAMSUNG original mobile phone accessories)

  1. World-Tech Distribution (Hong Kong) Limited provides carry-in warranty for the above products.
  2. Customers must provide World-Tech Distribution authorized merchant receipt with warranty label sticker to obtain warranty service.
  3. All parts replaced after repair will belong to World-Tech Distribution.
  4. The warranty will automatically become invalid under the following circumstances: (a) The product has been repaired or modified by personnel not authorized by World-Tech Distribution. (b) Product malfunction or damage due to improper placement, incorrect or negligent use, or due to natural disasters, accidents, etc. (c) Failure to operate, install or maintain in accordance with the instructions provided by the original manufacturer. (d) The authorized merchant receipt and original licensed sticker have been altered or damaged.
  5. Authorized merchant receipts and original licensed stickers are kept by the customer and will not be reissued if lost.
  6. According to the terms of this warranty, World-Tech Distribution is solely responsible for the maintenance of the product; World-Tech Distribution is not responsible for any losses caused directly or indirectly due to product damage.
  7. If the product needs to be replaced during maintenance, World-Tech Distribution has the right to return the product to the customer in a color other than color on the original receipt.
  8. GUNNAR maintenance services only cover all factory quality issues or production defects. Maintenance service does not cover scratches on eyeglass lenses; defects caused by accident, neglect, indiscriminate use, improper use or storage of the product.
  9. All warranties are only applicable to products purchased in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or Macau Special Administrative Region.
  10. World-Tech Distribution (Hong Kong) Limtied reserves all rights to make the final decision.

 

In addition to the above product warranty terms, the product warranty terms of JBL Soundgear Frames also include

  1. Except for designated exclusive partners, World-Tech Distribution will not be able to provide any warranties if the product has been processed or modified by a third party.
  2. For lenses purchased through promotion, if any cracks or scratches of more than 1.0mm are found on the lenses when they are opened, World-Tech Distribution could provide a warranty for replacement lenses.
  3. Wear and tear during normal use (such as scratches on the lens surface and coating caused by storage, carrying, collision, etc.), as well as man-made damage, are not covered by the warranty.
  4. World-Tech Distribution (Hong Kong) Limtied reserves all rights to make the final decision.
